Report an Issue with a Product, Content, or Product Page

Use the Report an issue with this product feature to let us know of any issues with a product, content, or product page.

Some examples of issues you can report:

  • You believe that the product or content is illegal.
  • You believe that there is an issue with the product’s price.
  • Information on the product page is incorrect.
  • The content on the product page is offensive.

To submit a report, log in to your Amazon account using our desktop or mobile experience. On each product page, you will find a Report an issue with this product link where you can select the issue to report to us.

Reports of illegal products or content

We use a combination of automated means and expert human review in the processing and decision-making of reports of an illegal product or content. Our automated evaluation system considers the specificity of the information that you provided, for example any supporting evidence, and the history of past submissions. When we receive a valid report allowing us to confirm content is illegal, we remove the product or content from our website.

If the information provided does not allow us to determine that the product or content violates applicable law, we may not take further action.

If you disagree with our decision, you have the ability to let us know by using the dispute form, which can be accessed via the link provided in our communication to inform you of our decision. Follow the on-screen instructions to explain why you believe there was an error in our decision. Please note that you will need the initial complaint ID to initiate the process. If you have new information that was not previously disclosed, please submit a new report with additional information using the relevant reporting feature.

Amazon's notice dispute form is intended for notice submitters that wish to dispute Amazon's decision regarding their report of an illegal product or content. You can only submit a dispute for reports that were rejected. If you are not the original submitter of the report, Amazon will not be able to process the dispute submitted through this form. Only rejected reports submitted in the last 180 days can be disputed. If you submit a dispute, we will evaluate your complaint and inform you of our decision.

If you misuse any reporting feature or the notice dispute form, Amazon may suspend your access to the feature that is being misused. The duration of the suspension will correspond to the severity of the abuse. Examples of misusing a reporting feature or the notice dispute form include frequently submitting notices or disputes that are unfounded or frequently submitting more than one identical notices or disputes.

Report other issues

Select the i icon on an ad, select the Leave ad feedback option, and use the Report this ad feature to let us know if there are any issues with ads in our store, including if you believe that the ad is illegal. If you disagree with our decision relating to an ad, you have the ability to let us know by using our appeal report decision form, which can be accessed via the link provided in our communication to inform you of our decision.

Select the Report abuse feature on Amazon Influencer content to let us know of any issues. You can log in to your Amazon account to report issues such as a violation of our Community Guidelines, illegal content, or copyright infringement.
