Play Your Way with Amazon Luna: Purchase and Sync Games, Your Existing Gaming Accounts, and More!
Today we are excited to introduce even more ways to play with Luna. Now you can purchase select PC games from the Ubisoft store, allowing you to own your favorite games, and play them on the cloud using Luna. You can even use Luna to play select PC games you’ve already bought from the Ubisoft Store like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Uno, or Far Cry 6 on any device where you play Luna, including on Fire TV devices and tablets.
What’s new?
Gaming fans now have more choices than ever when it comes to purchasing and playing their favorite games. You can now link your Ubisoft account to Luna to play select PC games you already own and purchase select new PC games, with game saves continuously updating. No need for lengthy downloads or expensive consoles — just pick up and play!
Expanded offerings for Amazon Prime members
Luna will continue to offer the ability for Prime members to play a rotating selection of games from the Luna catalog for free, and now they can also sync their Ubisoft account to play select games they own from the Ubisoft store- all included in their Prime membership. Prime members who might not have been able to play games like Rainbow 6 Siege in the past without a powerful gaming PC can now buy a PC version of the game from the Ubisoft Store and play on Luna. Prime members may experience wait times during peak hours, and can upgrade to Luna+ for faster access.
How to get started
Sync your Ubisoft account to your Luna account by visiting the Settings page in the Luna app. Once connected, select PC games you previously purchased from the Ubisoft PC Store will appear in your Luna games Library, and will be available to play instantly across any device where Luna is available. Future purchases of participating titles from the Ubisoft Store will automatically show up in your Luna library and stay up to date across all devices.
