    Well . . . It seems like a good idea to have a more fresh version of ginger . . . And I have a green star juicer . . . But this option is experienced as easier . . . I’ve been using just a tablespoon and my chamomile tea with L glutamine, bovine collagen and myo inositol. Every morning now a pleasant experience first thing. I let the tea cool 25 minutes before all the add ons which does include Manuka honey about a teaspoon to a tablespoon and the juice of a whole lemon. I have quite a repertoire of healing practices, which grows. Something seems to be working.
