You can change the weight very quickly. They’re pretty long though so that takes some getting used to, but it’s much better than buying a bunch of other weights. They’re also super sturdy! I bought two - one was in the manufacture’s packaging but the other was clearly a return and was packaged so terribly I almost hurt myself getting it out. When I saw the way the customer has packaged it, I thought for sure it would be broken but it’s completely fine! Super happy with the purchase.

    I was looking for adjustable dumbbells and settled on this after looking at many different brands. Although the price was a little higher than my second choice, this seemed like a better deal and it is.

    I like these dumbbells. They are easy to adjust; just move the handle to the weight that you want. What I like about this one is that it is in 5lb increments. I have seen others that are 10 lbs which is too much. Also I like that this goes up to 55lbs although I am not at that level yet. LOL.

    Overall, they are quality weights and have not had any major issues so far. The only thing is that sometimes one of the last plates gets stuck when pulling the dumbbell out of the cradle. Just need to be careful and not yank the dumbbell off the cradle.

    The build quality is great. The overall length is longer than I would want but manageable. From what I have read others, this length is one of the smaller ones.

    I will post updates once I use these for a while. I am happy with my purchase.

    The media could not be loaded.
    After opening the box it smelled really bad like wd40 I wiped it down then I noticed a lot of oil on the handles. The dumbbell weights already had paint coming off and poorly made. The chrome part is poorly sprayed on.

    Update I just tested this dumbbell and played around with the weights and inside is made of plastic which can break. Then I noticed the orange lock button on the bottom of the dumbbell that is spouse to lock the dumbbells. But it jams so the weights can fall off. Both of the dumbbells in orange button jams and you have to wiggle the dumbbells around

    After opening the box it smelled really bad like wd40 I wiped it down then I noticed a lot of oil on the handles. The dumbbell weights already had paint coming off and poorly made. The chrome part is poorly sprayed on.

    Update I just tested this dumbbell and played around with the weights and inside is made of plastic which can break. Then I noticed the orange lock button on the bottom of the dumbbell that is spouse to lock the dumbbells. But it jams so the weights can fall off. Both of the dumbbells in orange button jams and you have to wiggle the dumbbells around

    Great for space saving and drop sets.
    Biggest downside is if you don't pull the weights directly upwards, the remaining plates can shift making it difficult to replace them in the bases. Doesn't happen often but it's aggregating when doing drop sets.
