Awesome recipes! I love the food in this cookbook! Their dumpling sauce is.... TO DIE FOR!! The sweet and spicy sauce is awesome on so much more than just dumplings. My 16 y/o daughter puts it on fried breaded chicken patties. I like to add a little kimchi to their dumpling. There is so much more in this cookbook than just dumplings. Kung Pao chicken, soups, great and easy to make meals. Don't take this the wrong way but I love non-American foods. I'm tired of hamburgers, hotdogs, McDonald's, Hardees, fast food in general. Give me Asian, Spanish, Seafood, Steak any day. This cookbook helps feed my soul.

Wow. I am bowled over. To be honest, I don't cook east Asian food more than once a week. I thought the cookbooks I had would be enough. I picked this up on a hunch from reading reviews and looking at their website. I've never been to their restaurants so the recipes are all I have to go on.
