The successful instructor candidates will have experience:
- Teaching in full and/or part time training programs
- Teaching live synchronous training
- Developing new and/or delivering existing curriculum
Proposals That Meet Our Minimum Qualifications
- For Software Developer
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or a related field or a certificate of completion/ Journey-level certification from a related technology Registered Apprenticeship.
- Maintain certification in adult learning theory and classroom management techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in software development, with demonstrated strong expertise in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Demonstrated strong understanding of software development tools, frameworks, and methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps, version control systems).
- For Data Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field or a certificate of completion/ Journey-level certification from a related technology Registered Apprenticeship.
- Maintain certification in adult learning theory and classroom management techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of data analytics concepts, methodologies, tools, and technologies such as Python, R, SQL, machine learning, and data visualization libraries.
- Industry certifications in data analytics (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Comptia Data+, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).
- For Cloud Operations Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or a certificate of completion/ Journey-level certification from a related technology Registered Apprenticeship.
- Maintain certification in adult learning theory and classroom management techniques.
- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in cloud operations, with a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Industry certifications in: Networking, Linux and cloud technologies such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- For Cybersecurity Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in cybersecurity or a related field, or a certificate of completion/ Journey-level certification from a related technology Registered Apprenticeship.
- Maintain certification in adult learning theory and classroom management techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in , with a strong understanding of IT Fundamentals, Network+, Security+, and Cysa+
- Industry certifications in: Networking, Security and Cybersecurity Analyst
- For IT Business Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology, computer science, business, computer systems, project management or a certificate of completion/ Journey-level certification from a related technology Registered Apprenticeship.
- Maintain certification in adult learning theory and classroom management techniques.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience with a strong understanding of Database Fundamentals, ITIL, Agile Project Management, Data Visualization and Analysis

- Submissions are accepted on an on-going basis and will be reviewed every 2 weeks.

Timeline
- Possible Interviews will be conducted 2 weeks after submission
- Work Begins upon contract execution or as agreed upon by both parties.

General Requirements
The successful candidate must comply with all the terms and conditions of the Award, including, applicable OMB cost principles, and applicable regulations at 2 CFR part 200 and 13 CFR Chapter III. The contractor must also be eligible to receive EDA assistance.
Required Disclosures
Contractor shall disclose any potential or actual conflicts of interest, including but not limited to, any recent business dealings that could be perceived as a conflict, any current or recent state employee working on behalf of Contractor. Contractor shall also certify that it has not been debarred from contracting with the Federal government and shall further disclose if there are any legal actions against it.
