My first experience with D&D was 50 years ago when my brother introduced me to the game. Since then I have had very different experiences with the game but one common thread was my inability to memorize all the variables to fully play my character with speed and confidence. D&D Beyond has been extremely helpful reminding me of what my character is capable of as well as attack math (never missed THACO). Our party just started utilizing the party loot tracking and that is also very handy.

I started using this app as a starter dungeon master at the age of 13 I’m now 14 and using this app I’ve lead countless campaigns and taught this app to the many players I’ve played with before, really helpful to newbies and really easy to understand, I don’t even have to lug around the massive books. Also the books are 50% cheaper here than the actual hardcover books. A really helpful app and I couldn’t play without it

DnD beyond has allowed me to create the characters I’ve always wanted to create all in one place. It also allows me to use 3rd party books with ease. As someone who struggles with reading this app is really good for highlighting and illustrating the things you need to know to play the game efficiently. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is getting started in their first role playing experience or campaign.

I love this app. I’ve made 4 characters within 3 weeks of downloading it. It’s a great way for a first time DM like myself to gain knowledge on creatures and spells. But there are some grievances I have. As a newcomer I expected to see homebrew content and community made creatures and spells! I was thrown off guard when I realized it was locked behind a paywall! However I love this app and will continue to use it.

I think D&D beyond is a great tool for beginners and those who prefer online play, but it is a constant billboard for WotC’s and Hasbro’s advertising. It still feels clunky for free-tier users like myself, and as a Game Master I fell there are many better tools for organizing your players and games.Note: this is coming from someone who has only ever played at table rather than online. And I am relatively new to the hobby compared to most.

This is a great app but the class artificer should be a base class. I get it is not as popular as some of the other classes but you also put a critical roll class in for free. You also can’t make the argument that it is a half caster because you put all the other half casters in for free. The last thing I have to say is that I just want to make bombs in the table top fantasy game, is that too much to ask.

I use this App every day both on my phone and iPad. My players use the app on their iPads to play during our sessions. I think one of the most encouraging things I’ve seen since beginning to use D&D Beyond’s app is that they are constantly working to make it better. I love having access to all of my d&d content no matter where I go!

D&D Beyond is the best app I’ve used for DND. I love the quick process of just making a character and how easy D&D Beyond makes it for you to understand. I also love being able to buy the books without having to lug them around my backpack and it just being on my iPad or phone. It truly is amazing.

I got scared at first when I logged in because I couldn’t find the content I had purchased and the characters I had created, but then I restored my purchases and updated the app and it all came back!I just had the log in incorrect the first time.I’m glad to have the content back.

The app is awesome but there is one thing that has been bugging recently I am unable to check out my ranger class and subclass info in the listings tab the 2014 ranger and ranger subclass stuff is fine but the 2024 ranger and ranger subclass tabs has stopped showing care to fix it and there might be other problems with the listings tab and I am right
