TITUSVILLE, Pennsylvania -- The U.S. and allies should work together to diversify supply chains away from China as quickly as possible and "de-risk," Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told reporters in Washington on Wednesday, describing Beijing's recent announcement of export controls on rare-earth elements and batteries as economic coercion of the entire world.
