Last Friday, team Sefiani had a fantastic day volunteering at Foodbank NSW & ACT putting together Christmas Hampers for those doing it tough this festive season. Along with some other NSW-based organisations, we are so proud to have put together 845 hampers, with 10,920 kg of food which will provide 19,656 meals to families across NSW and ACT. We were so inspired by seeing Foodbank’s impact on the ground in the warehouse: supporting families and individuals while also reducing food waste. I recently attended the launch of the new Employee Proposition and Internal Comms Service, from Sefiani, part of Clarity Global. Led by Alice Spraggon and Amanda Galmes, this new offering addresses many of the persistent issues we see every day in our data relating to employee overload, a disconnect between executive leadership and on-the-ground employees, the impact of AI and the role of data and more. I'm biased of course, but having good data and analytics is the critical part of all communications. With pressure to deliver with less and less, distraction at an all time high, and the resulting performance generally of comms at a terrible low, it's great to see Alice and the team putting data at the very top of the priorities in this offering. AI shouldn’t be seen as the end of original thinking. Technology is advancing, but creativity remains a distinctly human strength.
