Women of AWS

Employee upskilling
As part of Amazon’s broader Upskilling 2025 pledge to invest $1.2 billion to provide skills training and education to employees in the United States, we offer a number of development opportunities. These include the AWS ‘Grow Our Own Talent’ program, which supports employees with nontraditional experience to gain on-the-job tech training and development, and our Amazon Technical Apprentice Program, which helps people, including military veterans and their spouses transition into tech careers.
