🚨 We’re recruiting: Volunteer Board Members Looking for a meaningful way to give back while using your skills to make a real impact? Compassionate Eye Foundation (CEF) is a Canadian registered charity that partners with Getty Images and a global community of creatives to fund development projects that improve lives around the world. As we build on 21+ years of impact, we’re evolving our model and expanding how we generate revenue — and we’re looking for passionate, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our Board of Directors. We’re especially interested in people with experience in: • Fundraising & revenue generation (corporate partnerships, CSR, donor development) • Communications (social media, digital marketing, content, website strategy) • Strategic networking and pitching to partners/funders What you’ll do: • Contribute ~10 hours/month • Attend monthly virtual board meetings (~2 hours) • Join at least one committee (Communications or Revenue Generation) • Help shape strategy for partnerships, sponsorships, and growth 📍 Preference for candidates in the Greater Toronto or Vancouver areas, but we welcome applicants from across Canada. CEF has a unique social enterprise model — historically funding our work through photography sales with Getty Images — and we’re now exploring new and innovative funding pathways.
