ball size on spotlight Cam Pro for attachments

I have a Ring Spotlight Cam Pro, Battery and want to mount on my gutter. The back of the camera has a ball that fits into the base socket and the base only attaches to wood. Ring offers a Ring Gutter Mount for Cameras and Solar Panels - White The ball at the back of the camera seems different that the ball shown on the Ring Gutter mount. Are they the same and can we get an attachment for the existing ball? The Ring camera is black. is there a black mount?
