I bought my Ring from Amazon and I am getting the impression that there are some items missing from the box. Should I have a drill bit and a two ended screw head with the kit supplied with the doorbell? I have a screwdriver supplied but the screwdriver head seems to be moulded in and unlikely to shift.

Hi @Ankhnefer. You are not missing those items. The newer Ring devices no longer include a drill bit, and the blue-handled security screw driver has just one side to use for the security screws.
