Faulty battery on security can and devices keep drop in offline
Hello, the last couple of days. My security cams have keep dropping out and saying they are offline? And I have checked the Wi-Fi signal and connectivity, and it's all fine. We even have a booster to enhance the signals, and we have always got green on the WIFi signal strength on all devices.And my ring doorbell is connected to a solar panel and it was saying there no solar panel was connected, and then a few hours, said it was connected. And then saying it wasn't one of my security cams tonight have sent a message after I had to reconnect it again to the Wi-Fi saying it's stopped receiving power and it has gone into low power mode. But yet it has sixty percent battery power on the device and it's connected to a solar panel.Can someone please help me or explain what is going on?
