Transfer ownership

Im trying to change ownership from my hubby to me, he'd forgotten he'd set it up with his email. Ive gone through all the steps to transfer the doorbell but hes not getting any emails about the transfer, anyway it says if they don't reply it will automatically be transferred, however, this was several weeks ago but heard nothing so ive just tried to set up new device on my account and it's still saying it needs to be transferred so im at a loss, I went on chat to ring yesterday and they didn't know what I was talking about so instead of getting angry I just ended chat as we were getting nowhere! I have 1 doorbell and several cameras on my account so it makes sense to put the other bell on my account and then were only paying 1 subscription. He has now cancelled his subscription and ive unplugged the doorbell to take it offline. Sorry for waffling, any ideas?
