[E-Invoicing] Belgium is preparing the next stage of its VAT digitalization agenda: bilateral near-real-time e-reporting. Following the introduction of mandatory structured B2B e-invoicing on January 1, 2026, the Belgian Council of Ministers approved a preliminary draft law requiring certain invoice data to be reported electronically to the tax authorities.📄 Both suppliers or service providers and their business partners would be expected to submit the relevant data electronically. 🔄 Belgium aims to: ➡️ Create more reliable and highly automated data flows ➡️ Improve risk analysis ➡️ Target specific forms of VAT fraud more effectively The planned extension suggests that Belgium may evolve its Peppol four-corner model toward a five-corner setup. This model has not yet been officially confirmed, however, as the detailed technical architecture has not yet been published.🌐 👉 Read the blog to learn more: https://lnkd.in/enE4tsDp

[B2B/EDI] Shorter TLS certificate lifetimes may sound like a security or infrastructure topic at first.🔐 But in B2B and EDI environments, the real challenge is often a different one: Who knows exactly which partner connections, endpoints, message flows, and business processes depend on a certificate?🔍 Because the risk rarely starts with the certificate replacement itself. It starts where dependencies are unclear, responsibilities are distributed, and changes only become visible when a connection fails.🚨 What used to be a predictable annual task is becoming a recurring operational process as certificate lifetimes get shorter. For integration teams, this means: ➡️ Creating visibility across certificates, partner connections, and affected processes ➡️Clarifying responsibilities for monitoring, renewal, testing, and escalation ➡️ Documenting changes in a structured and repeatable way ➡️ Detecting issues before they interrupt business-critical communication Shorter certificate lifetimes are more than a technical detail. They show how resilient the operating model behind business-critical B2B communication really is.🔄 👉 Find out more: https://lnkd.in/e5YWrkkn

[Industry Solutions] Supply chains are under pressure: disruptions, regulatory demands, rising customer expectations, and the need for greater transparency are reshaping daily operations. Many organizations are investing in automation, AI, and visibility tools. But without connected systems, partners, and data flows, these initiatives often stay limited to isolated use cases. That is why integration has become a core operational capability. Our white paper “Connecting the Supply Chain explores how an end-to-end integration foundation helps organizations: ✔ Improve real-time visibility across supply chain operations ✔ Scale automation beyond individual processes ✔ Enable AI with reliable, consistent data ✔ Strengthen traceability, auditability, and compliance ✔ Reduce manual coordination across systems and partners 👉https://lnkd.in/ecNHJ5xP

[AI] Embedding AI vs. adding AI: a key distinction in enterprise integration🤖 In enterprise integration, the real shift is not about adding AI as a new layer but about embedding it directly into the platform. With SEEBURGER’s Business Integration Suite, AI becomes part of existing processes, enabling innovation without disrupting what already works.🧩 How are you integrating AI into your current landscape? 👉 Read the full report: https://lnkd.in/er-3xUjK

[BIS Platform] Why rebuild an integration that may already exist? Similar integration requirements arise across teams, regions and business units. Yet existing mappings, flows and connector setups are often difficult to find and assess. Our new Success Story shows how enterprises can turn project knowledge into a scalable delivery foundation through reusable integration assets, central design, structured mapping management and AI assistance at design time.🚀 The scenario explores how organizations can: ➡️Find and assess existing assets more quickly ➡️Reduce duplicated work without limiting local flexibility ➡️Make changes traceable and governed ➡️Turn integration knowledge into a managed enterprise asset ➡️Build a stronger foundation for AI assistance and automation 👉See how recurring integration requests can become scalable integration delivery: https://lnkd.in/e74gGnrr

[E-Invoicing] In a hybrid e-invoice, the PDF often looks like the most important part. That is exactly where the PDF trap begins. 🧩 With formats such as ZUGFeRD and Factur-X, the PDF is only the human-readable view. For electronic processing, the embedded XML data is what matters.🔗 When companies continue to process the PDF through OCR, a structured e-invoice can become an error-prone document process all over again. Our blog explores: ➡️ why XML should be the operational source for invoice processing ➡️ what happens when PDF and XML no longer match ➡️ how OCR creates unnecessary risks for data quality and compliance ➡️ how automated validation, approval and ERP workflows avoid the PDF trap ➡️ how Purchase-to-Pay takes e-invoicing beyond compliance 👉 Read the full blog: https://lnkd.in/euJDT8aa

[B2B/EDI An EDI message only creates real value when its status is clear and traceable. This is where the ANSI X12 EDI 997 helps: it confirms whether a transaction was received, accepted, or rejected with specific error details. ✅ For businesses, this creates more confidence in electronic procurement processes: 🔹 greater transparency between trading partners 🔹 faster troubleshooting for rejected messages 🔹 more stable EDI processes for purchase orders, invoices, and other ANSI X12 transactions SEEBURGER supports EDI 997 acknowledgements as part of reliable B2B/EDI processes, helping companies monitor, master, and continuously improve their electronic data exchange. 👉 Find out more: https://lnkd.in/eWQtBsUq
