Hi there, I'm Jess! I consider myself a jack of all trades since I enjoy doing lots of different things to build the encyclopaedia. My current rotation of activities includes:

• Copyediting
• Making articles more accessible, mainly by adding alt text to images
• Participating in deletion discussions
• Adding/removing wikilinks

In terms of subject areas, you can usually find me at articles related to:

• Video games, especially articles relating to the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise
• Programming languages, tools, and paradigms
• Pop music, particularly articles related to Charli XCX, SOPHIE, and Britney Spears
• LGBTQ culture

If you need me, you can reach me on my talk page, via the email feature, or on the Wikimedia Discord server. Although replies might be slow due to work and general life stuff, I'll get to you as soon as I can!

When interacting with me, please keep in mind that I'm autistic, so I can have trouble understanding things like tone and hinting. Please say what you mean, be clear if I've made a mistake, and assume good faith.

You might be wondering "Jess, what on Earth is your username?" It's a portmanteau of toast and wikt:twist of fate, inspired by a funny conversation with my partner, in which he implied that one can accidentally make toast.

My username used to be Rosaece, but I changed it after realising it sounds similar to a skin condition called rosacea. Whoops.
