During the first call, our recruitment partner will learn more about your experience, expertise, and expectations to assess your potential fit for one of our current cooperation opportunities. It is also a chance for you to ask initial questions about the scope of services, projects, and cooperation model.
Depending on the area of expertise and the cooperation opportunity, we may ask you to complete a short practical task. This helps us better understand your approach and verify your practical skills in coding, designing, research, analytics, or copywriting.
We will invite you to a meeting with a person responsible for the relevant area or project. During the conversation, we will take a closer look at your experience, expertise, and the value you could bring to our projects and clients.
You have reached the final stage. If both sides see the potential for successful collaboration, we will present you with a cooperation proposal, including the scope of services, commercial terms, and other key arrangements.
