[Rookie] Update Color / Find file that defines a color (Chota)

Text in question: Navbar Site Name grey defaults to #38463C (Light Mode) and #6C8385 (Dark Mode)

Navbar is updated at src/_includes/components/navbar.html

Neither color appears in
:root {} (light theme) nor .dark-theme {} within src/sass/style.scss

If a color is ignored in chota, do I just fallback to HTML/nunjucks and manually edit? Or is there an ultra easy way for a noob to modify chota and get the pages to pull colour from an additional variable in style.scss
