WebC allow absolute paths

I want to put my css files in a styles folder. However when I reference the css file inside a webc it only looks up from where it is.

For example:
layouts/base.html

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/styles/global.css" />

resolves to layouts/styles/global.css

however since there is / at the beginning I think it should resolve to /styles/global.css (relative to input directory).

and <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles/global.css" /> can resolve to layouts/styles/global.css
