For nomad, can I use to to centralized logging? As it logs binary as well as containers.

I don't know what is Nomad. If it's Docker or k8s based then I would say yes.

It's an alternative to kubernetes, it supports container workload as well as Binary https://developer.hashicorp.com/nomad/tutorials/get-started/gs-overview

For container there is no issue but for binary it logs to specified directory for each workload and to aggregate to location for central visibility is challange.

I wouldn't expect binary to work. According to the docs, Nomad spins up the program without any containers, which makes sense. But as a result, Dozzle has no access to these logs.
