Wiki Revision - Common tweaks + Reveal all tray icons all the time

In trying to follow the guide exactly (as I would like all active tray icon revealed by default) if I follow what was written to a tee. I noticed that some (mainly the one that I was having trouble with is Input Method) are hidden when the change is made. The exact wording could be better described, if followed it feels wrong idk to have two tray keys?
