Addition of new item in the Remove Section called "Clean Remove"

This will completely remove all the leftover files which were left behind by the program uninstalled, the .cache and .config files etc
This bugs me in Windowsas well, where if I uninstall a program, it lefts a huge amount of files which piles up overtime.
This is also a problem to some extent in linux, and would be happy to see this implemented.
