on the Development Tools page it says:

You can set the system-wide default editor under Setup > Defaults.

This should be:

On the FAQ it says:

If you screenshots to be saved to ~/Pictures/Screenshots instead of just ~/Pictures, you can open Setup > Defaults via the Omarchy menu and set this

This should be:
