footnote as sidenote

Hello!

First, i wanna say that the beautiful-jekyll is awesome, thank you!

I was wondering if it is possible to make footnotes into sidenotes? I think that, visually, putting notes on the blank space to the side of the post text is nicer than footnotes at the end of the post.

Sorry if it is a dumb question.
