[TSDB][MySQL] TSDB Enablement for Performance datastream in MySQL Integration Package #5385

TSDB Enablement of MySQL Package was originally planned in #5277

But, due to the bug reported against ES, elastic/elasticsearch#94113, TSDB enablement for MySQL's performance datastream cannot be achieved.

Created this issue as a backlog task, to be taken up once the above mentioned issue is resolved.
