Allow the Elastic logo to be used to send users to a user-defined home page

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
Many users set a custom default route in Kibana settings to streamline their workflow. However, the Elastic logo currently redirects to the default Kibana overview page. Making the logo respect the configured home page would improve usability and consistency.

From Triage on Oct. 27: Advanced settings already has a place to enter custom home url. The link is probably just not working in the new sidenav view.
