Summary

Add Arabic language support (العربية) and full Right-to-Left (RTL) layout support to the GitHub Copilot app interface.

Why this matters

Arabic is spoken by over 400 million people worldwide, and the Arab developer community is growing rapidly. Many developers in the Middle East and North Africa use GitHub Copilot daily, but the current English-only + LTR layout makes navigation feel unnatural and harder to follow.

I kindly ask the GitHub team to consider adding Arabic interface support along with proper RTL layout handling for the entire app — menus, settings, session UI, side panels, and all canvas elements.

I'm an Arabic-speaking developer and would be happy to help with translations, testing, and QA if the team opens this up for community contributions.
