How to customize the prmpts and flow?

Aside from creating a Fork, is there another way to customize the prompting system? I want to achieve this 2:

1. Remove some of the planning steps and merge them together. Like having a minimal version that works better for a smaller project that doesn’t need excessive planing
2. clean up: When a spec is finished development, I just want to keep the spec file as a source of truth, and other files don't have a meaning for me after the spec is developed and tested.
