What this PR does / why we need it:
Initially, the script
hack/deploy-azure-storage-secret.shonly created a secret for azure buckets with static credential mode. This PR adds the option to create for STS use cases, both with manually-provisioned and CCO-managed identity.Special notes for your reviewer:
