When I try to create a new access level based on an existing one using "Save as Copy", the error message "Save failed with the following error: Level with the name "Special" already exists." is displayed, and no copy is created because an access level with that name already exists. Instead, the name should be automatically renamed, e.g., from "Special" to "Special (2)".
