Custom title in website header

I am very interested in being able to customise the title (per language) that is shown in the header of the website.

Currently, the website title defined in languages.xx.toml can be shown with showTitle = true in params.toml. My website title specified there is too long for a good title in the header. I propose a new variable in languages.xx.toml for this use case.

I don't have the knowledge to implement this myself. I would really appreciate if someone implemented this!
