TOC on the title page

Hey, I want to use congo for a really simple site, consisting of the title page only. I was wondering if there is a way to get the table of content (like here) shown on the title page. Thanks in advance!

it wouldn’t be that hard to do..
I’d think you’d just need to create an _index.md file in the content directory and set the layout frontmatter key to specify the template you want hugo to use to render it, (I think?)

I tried

layout: single
params:
    showTableOfContents: true

but it doesn't work.
