Is there a way to use FFI inside Micro?

You cannot use C ffi from Lua inside micro, but a significant amount of the Go standard library is exported to Lua plugins. For example you could access the fmt.Printf Go function. If there’s something specific you are trying to use c ffi for it may be possible to do using the Go stdlib that is provided. However it is not possible to dynamically link Go libraries with micro and call them from a Lua function.

What about external library that binds libffi into Go?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but doing C ffi from the Lua VM in micro is never going to be feasible because a main goal of micro is to avoid using cgo (Go's C ffi) for portability reasons.
