.NET: Python: DevUI opens blank page behind corporate network

DevUI returns a blank page, there's an error in Dev Tools console saying cannot load module script (See video above).

This only happens with my company computer, not my home computer. Our company network sits behind a proxy, and we cannot upload files to website via browser.

I don't know how it affects DevUI though, because as I understood, DevUI can theoretically run offline.

Thanks for the issue
Is there a chance that your environment has firewall rules that are actively blocking DevUI?
Are you able to run any random fast api app locally ? (DevUI uses fastapi underneath).

Btw, I have converted this to a discussion as it seems its a computing environment related issue and not specifically related to DevUI.

I can run any local server, fast api or not, just fine. When I check the network tab in Edge Devtools, I see it can load both the html file and the index.js file for DevUI. But looks like index.js cannot run for some reason. And I can run any React app so it is not because the browser blocks script execution.
