@focbenz I had same case with you. I have created a new account (using backup email) for me to file a support case for my existing Github account (using primary email). Now I'm just waiting for they're feedback. I have 4-5hrs delayed before the device auth coming to my email. |

GitHub verification emails are 15 - 30 minutes delayed / late and with already expired code before they reach me private GMX inbox.
My private GitHub Account with a GMX e-mail address could not be used the last two days because the verifications e-mails of that account were received with a huge delay. Since contacting support with an account that is using code via e-mail is also not possible if the e-mails are not sent out I am using my 2FA app enabled business account to post on the forums.
Sending an e-mail to support@github.com ist not possible.
Contacting support is not possible because verification is not possible.
Enabling any other 2FA authentication is not possible because login is not possible.
Just wondering if others are affected and what other possibilities there are to contact the GitHub support.
