Allow people to contribute to wiki?

There should be a way to allow people to contribute to the wiki, I get yall can't let people do this for the simple fact that they can just delete the wiki, put bad stuff on it, but there can be a system made that people can make PR's or something to contribute to the wiki, so first it goes through the owner of the repo and then only will it be merged in,

A main reason I want this is because, while the owner of the repo can make the wiki, even they may miss some important point by flook and it will be great if contributors can help out with the wiki.
