Maintain PRs/Issues from many repos in a project

In our organization multiple teams use the project board to provide an overview of incoming, handled and done PRs from all the repositories they own. To make this working we need to create one workflow per repository to add incoming PRs to the project.

In my team we own 71 repositories.

Is there any way to automate this or at least make the workflow configuration easier? e.g. a workflow that can be attached to multiple repositories instead of only one?

Thanks @vivekvardhan2810 for the gorgeous answer with all the possible solutions. As a natural born script kiddie i guess i choose the CLI version - as the list of repos is generated in a similar way.
