Thank you for sharing this feedback—this sounds like a frustrating experience, especially with the accessibility challenges it creates. It’s concerning that these basic UI/UX principles, especially around accessibility, were overlooked. |

MORE terrible UI design just landed! The UI was already way too small, and now you've crammed in a summary ... The UI is almost impossible to use effectively now. It's TERRIBLE! Please ...

Terrible UI design for selecting a saved reply: The new UI dialog is too small when you have dozens of saved replies. The text is so large and individual items take up so much space that scrolling usually ends up scrolling past the one that you're looking for, and that's even if you've memorized about where in your list the saved reply appears. This is an accessibility challenge for me, and the tiny UI here is painful to use. I recommend that (if you keep the same font size) you make the box wider and taller (for sure taller) so that finding and selecting the saved reply that you're looking for is much easier.
The more shocking thing here is the lack of management oversight. How did this design change ever get approved? Do those managers not use saved replies? Where the heck are your accessibility managers? They should be reviewing UI changes, and this problem certainly should've been caught by them. Fix the feature, but consider looking at which managers dropped the ball here.
Too narrow ... and way too short ............
