In our workflows, the vast majority or PRs we review are approved without any comments.
Approving a PR takes 3 clicks:

Approvebutton:This provides really simple, one-click approvals. The button is added on all tabs of the Pull Request page (Conversations, Commits, etc). This enables me do to thing like:
Files changed, review codeConversationtabFiles changedtabIt would be great if this was supported natively in GitHub.
