Hello,

In our workflows, the vast majority or PRs we review are approved without any comments.

Approving a PR takes 3 clicks:

• Open the Review changes dropdown
• Select Approve option
• Click Submit review

To make this easier, I implemented a browser extension that adds an extra Approve button:

This provides really simple, one-click approvals. The button is added on all tabs of the Pull Request page (Conversations, Commits, etc). This enables me do to thing like:

• Go to Files changed, review code
• I realize I need to read the PR description again, so I got back to the Conversation tab
• PR looks good - now I can approve it without having to go back to the Files changed tab

It would be great if this was supported natively in GitHub.
