Regarding GitHub, there are provisions for private repositories in the “GitHub Terms of Service”, and
the content in private repositories is considered confidential information, with the following text included.
“GitHub will protect the contents of private repositories from unauthorized use, access,
or disclosure in the same manner that we would use to protect our own confidential information of a similar nature and in no event with less than a reasonable degree of care.”

Does this statement mean that data stored in private repositories will not be disclosed to third parties and
that the data will not be used for any purpose other than providing services to our company?
