Projects: Filter by issues with parent of Type X

Would be very useful to have a filter on Project views for "Issues who have parents of type:X"

basically a combination of these two filters:

BUT not a simple AND operation because I want to only see the issues that have a parent of a specific type so for example:

has:parent-issue(type:Project)

If an issue does not have a parent would be excluded, regardless of the type of the child issue

If an issue has a parent, but the parent is of type:Bug, the child issue would be excluded

If an issue has a parent of type:Project, the child issue should appear no matter the type of the child issue
