Pycosat Installation Fails on WSL2 Ubuntu – GCC Compilation Error

I am trying to set up an environment using Ubuntu on WSL2.
Since the environment file was not created by me, I am experiencing compatibility issues, preventing successful setup.

I have resolved many errors, but I am currently stuck on the "building wheel for pycosat: finished with status 'error'" issue.

After searching GitHub issues for similar problems, I attempted the suggested solution by running:
sudo apt-get install python3-dev

However, I still encounter the same problem.

Below is a summary of the error messages:
Building wheels for collected packages: pycosat Building wheel for pycosat (setup.py): started Building wheel for pycosat (setup.py): finished with status 'error' Running setup.py clean for pycosat Failed to build pycosat

Additionally, gcc is throwing an error related to incompatible libraries:

/home/chyoang30/miniconda3/envs/nia_ksl/compiler_compat/ld: cannot find /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6 /home/chyoang30/miniconda3/envs/nia_ksl/compiler_compat/ld: cannot find /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1
I have uploaded the environment.yml file and the full error log, as they might help diagnose the issue.
