[Urgent] Cannot pay for Git LFS, therefore our entire project is stalled!

I'm having an issue with the new billing where there's no option to pay manually for our Git LFS.

It shows $0 used, despite setting a $15 monthly budget.

I have raised a support ticket and followed up THREE times but still no response.

GitHub is also not accepting any of my cards giving a vague "Please update payment method" error. For context, we are based in India, and most cards cannot be used for recurring payments (That's why I expect to pay manually, like how I was with the previous billing system)

If this isn't solved now, our whole team cannot proceed with work. Please help!

Facing the same issue.
Account got downgraded to free, not able to upgrade to the teams plan.
Eaelier there used to be a pay now option which is absent now.

@github team please help with this
