Recuperacion de cuenta

Tenia una cuenta de enlazada con educación, pero no tenia ni la autenticación en dos pasos ni los códigos de recuperación, me toco eliminar la cuenta y crear otra, pero no puedo enlazar las credenciales o los beneficios a la nueva cuenta, que puedo hacer para que me devuelvan la cuenta anterior con esas credenciales de universidad.
