Project board always empty for one user only

I am unable to see any of the tickets on any project board. I can see them for a split second, before they disappear.

This issue was replicated on multiple devices, cache cleared, etc.
The issue is not encountered for other users with access to this board

We are experiencing the same issue. Removing and adding the user doesn't change anything.
