I'd like to be able to click on Annotations near the bottom of the screen and get an anchor so that is the top of the page.
Like this:
Similarly, I'd like to be able to click on the Artifacts section and have it scroll to the top (to the best of its ability -- there isn't enough content below, but the text could at least show that it tried):
