Hey, looks like u're doing everything right on your end, but running into a system-side issue. From the error message:
This usually means GitHub has already received ur previous teacher verification request, and it’s still pending manual review — that’s why it’s blocking a new submission. ✅ Here’s what I’d suggest:
📌 Also: the location issue (it saying you're off-campus even when u're not) is often just a VPN, network proxy, or IP mismatch — it doesn't always affect the final decision as long as u provide a clear explanation and valid proof. Hope that helps |

Hi @zhangying-ying. We believe your submission was caught up in the launch of the new GitHub Education application form launch. We have reset your application request so please do re-apply. If you created your Personal account (either on GitHub Free or GitHub Pro) after February 13, 2025, you’ll find it under "Billing and licensing". For accounts created before February 13, 2025, it will be located under "Billing and plans" section. Just go to Settings from your profile menu, then click on either "Billing and licensing" or "Billing and plans" depending on your account creation date to access the verification process. Any issues using the new UI please share your feedback here. |

Hi everyone,
I am in the process of teacher verification. I am currently at my school, but after sharing my location, it still shows that I am not at the school. Then, when I took a photo, an error was displayed. What should I do now?
