Made a couple of uBlock Origin filter rules here that anyone can copy-paste to hide them, in case it helps: https://gist.github.com/Swyter/7b7da983f5dd025229d116b8468cea99 The blatant upselling is pretty annoying, they have also recently changed it from «Code with Copilot Agent Mode» to «Code with agent mode», too. |

As of today this appears for me in the Issues pane on Github:
I did not agree to the terms of Github Copilot, I do not consent to you ingesting my code into Github Copilot for training, and I do not consent to Github user interface items in my Github interface. I have already manually turned off Copilot several times and am extremely not okay with you placing "Code with Github Copilot" in my issue pages.
