As of today this appears for me in the Issues pane on Github:

I did not agree to the terms of Github Copilot, I do not consent to you ingesting my code into Github Copilot for training, and I do not consent to Github user interface items in my Github interface. I have already manually turned off Copilot several times and am extremely not okay with you placing "Code with Github Copilot" in my issue pages.

I demand:

• Either remove "Code with Github Copilot" from the pull request flow, or give me an option to turn that box off
• Give me an option to ban other people from creating branches, issues or pull requests off my repos using Code with Copilot Agent Mode. The interface here appears to be offer a means of creating branches for pull requests. However, I would require anyone submitting code to my repos to be submitting their own work which they know to be correct, not stolen code of unknown copyright which may contain bugs due to being created by a statistical language-model system (Copilot is not "artificial intelligence"— it's a random number generator— I do not want code written by a random number generator in my project). You should not have a dedicated button in the issue/PR flow for violating my project's contributor rules!

+1 on this issue. I do not intend to use GitHub Copilot nor do I consent to the use of my code or comments to train AI models.

The blatant upselling is pretty annoying, they have also recently changed it from «Code with Copilot Agent Mode» to «Code with agent mode», too.
