Error without any information

Hi everyone,

Hi, there, i was trying to apply for Github educational pack, and got some troubles with enrollment.At the end of the enrollment process i recieve only "There was an error creating the discount request. Errors: There was a problem" message without any information, tried to change browser but nothing helped. Can someone help me with this?

A similar problem has been solved here by simply waiting a few days. #156700

You could also contact support by opening a ticket here, select "Other" and let them know.

When benefits are available, in your user settings you'll see the same as in the screenshot below (the PRO badge will also show up on your profile):

The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

Hi @Rayzenbtw 👋 , thank you for reporting the issues with creating discount requests. The issue with receiving “Errors: There was a problem” has now been fixed.

Please sign out and back into your GitHub account, ensure your name and address is filled out in the payment information section and apply again here. When you reapply, do not use a VPN and share location with the application.
